Road Closures Due To Heavy Rainfall In Nepal !!

At the month of June-July (Ashad-Shrawan- Nepali Month), the monsoon season starts in Nepal. Probably we all are well known that the global warming has decreased the intensity of Rainfall in the most part of the world. But what if rain fall occurs excessively to an extreme level?
The same thing happened this time in Nepal, especially Kathmandu (The Capital City Of Nepal).
The lack of Road repairs has increased the chances of road accident and the risk of landslide in Nepal.

These are the pictures taken at that moment when the heavy rain has worsen the conditions of roads. The flash flooding shut down the roads and cause chaos across Kathmandu Valley. It has created traffic jams. The local people and Traffic Police of Nepal are trying to overcome the jams in the picture.

The people are using the road site as the paddy cultivation zone in order to show the poor policy of government and they strongly argue and protest saying that the government is unable to allocate sufficient budget for road construction. Division Road Office (DRO) says "Repairs are impossible without a budget of Rs 100 to Rs 150 Millions"
